Words

Have you ever thought about the impact our words have on us? I'm always amazed by how words can build someone up consciously and unconsciously. But yesterday, I'm even more amazed by how words can tear someone down in just one sentence. My minds picks up this negative signal again and again unconsciously till I felt so discouraged, depressed and all.

We cannot control our surroundings and we cannot constantly stay positive, but we definitely can make an effort to better use our own words and send out more positive, joyful, encouraging signals and energy. We decide how we want to talk, write and impact our surrounding.

This is not tearing me down any more. :) Instead it reminds me the importance of my speech and to watch every word that comes out from my mouth. I thank you for this reminder.
