I got the job in school! Like finally! Its a one year contract as a Development Technologist (DT). I'm thankful to Him for this job. (: All glory and praises unto Him! From the moment I decided to work first before continual of studies, I really saw how He had open ways and doors for me. The only one thing I did was just to have faith in Him. Of so many who applied for this job, and I can be the few who get chosen in the end, it's definitely God's grace! My dad actually passed me many copies of The Straits Times this few weeks but none that I flipped. Cos' I really believed that I will get this job. All my cries and prayers that I lifted to Him, He heard them all. The time and money that I gave to Him, He has blessed me back with so much more.
A few weeks ago, I took the faith on this particular sunday and emptied my wallet into the offering bag knowing that you will not have money to even eat for the coming week. Not to say shop which I'm so deprived off. It was really heart pain I tell you. BUT guess what? The next day I got the call for the second interview! (:
Through this, I have learnt an important lesson. Every cent that you placed into the offering bag, God sees it. The time that you used to serve Him, God sees it. Its not the quantity that matters but the attitude of your heart. All things belong to Him!! When you are willing to humble yourself before Him, take that leap of faith and give Him all that you have, He surely will bless you with much much more. Amen.
